摘 要:为了方便准确地获取厂区粉尘浓度,研究开发了一种基于XBee的无线传感器网络节点,包括数据采集节点和数据汇聚节点两类。数据采集节点负责实时采集粉尘传感器数据并传送至数据汇聚节点,数据汇聚节点负责收集各数据采集节点监测数据。节点均以Arduino开发板为控制核心,并基于XBee模块实现无线通信及组网功能。论文介绍了无线传感器节点的研究背景、粉尘传感器通讯协议及其软硬件结构,重点介绍了节点的设计原理,并对多节点组网及组网后形成的小型无线传感网络系统的功能进行了测试。测试结果验证了设计方案的可行性,表明该无线传感节点使用方便,数据传输及时稳定,适于对厂区粉尘浓度实时监测。In order to conveniently and accurately obtain the dust concentration in the factory, a wireless sensor network node based on XBee is researched and developed,Including data collection nodes and data aggregation nodes. Data acquisition node is re-sponsible for real-time collection of dust sensor data and sent to the data aggregation node, the data aggregation node is responsible for collecting the monitoring data of each data acquisition node. Nodes are Arduino development board for the control of the core, and based on the XBee module to achieve wireless communication and networking capabilities.This paper introduces the research back-ground of wireless sensor node, the communication protocol of dust sensor and its hardware and software structure, The design p rin-ciple of the node is mainly introduced, and the function of the small wireless sensor network system formed by multi-node network-ing and networking is tested. The test result verifies the feasibility of the design scheme, It shows that the wireless sensor node is easy to use, data transmission in a timely and stable, suitable for real-time monitoring of dust concentration in the factory.
