农垦精神的当代意蕴及其在高校教育教学中的传承策略

摘　　要：剖析了农垦精神的当代意蕴,明确"艰苦奋斗,勇于开拓"作为农垦精神的核心文化,在时代发展与社会改革进步中被赋予了更为深刻的内涵,指出它是中国先进文化的重要内容,是新时期中国共产党进行党内建设的基本要求,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要原则,是实现中国梦的价值抉择,是推动时代前进的创业精神的体现。同时分析了新时期农垦精神与高校教育教学的关系,认为农垦精神对高校教育教学改革有着无限潜在的推动力。传承和发扬农垦精神,能深入拓展高校育人为本的理念,适应时代发展的潮流,也符合我国推进现代化建设的根本要求。探究了新时期高校传承农垦精神的途径,强调营造农垦文化氛围,强化农垦精神体验,开发农垦精神载体关联,培育先进典型,从而将农垦精神融入到高校工作中。The article analyzes the contemporary implication of the reclamation spirit, makes clear ＂hard struggle, brave exploitation＂ as the core culture of the reclamation spirit, which has been given a more profound connotation in the development of the times and social reform and progress, points out it＆#39;s the advanced content of Chinese advanced culture, which is the basic requirements of the communist party of China in the construction of the party in the new period, and the value choice of realizing Chinese dream. It＆#39;s the embodiment of promoting the pioneering spirit of the era. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the relationship between the agricultural reclamation spirit and the university＆#39;s education teaching in the new period, which believes that the agricultural reclamation spirit has potential impetus for the reform of education. Inheritng and developing the reclamation spirit can further expand the idea of educating people in colleges and universities, which adapts to the trend of the times, also accords with the development requirements of China＆#39;s modernization drive. This paper explores the ways in which universities pass on the spirit of agricultural reclamation in the new era, which emphasizes the cultivation of the culture and culture of agriculture, strengthens the spiritual experience of agricultural reclamation, develops the connection of agricultural reclamation spirit carriers, and cultivates advanced models,thus,incorporates the agricultural reclamation spirit into the works of universities.
