摘  要:以教改项目为载体,以教学问题为导向,实施研究,获得标志性成果是教学改革的重要方式。高校教改项目与教学成果的培育促进了人才培养质量观的构建,为高校的人才培养指明方向。本文厘清了在深化教学改革视阈下培育高水平教改项目与教学成果的意义、措施和保障机制,指出用心培育、精心铸就高质量教改项目和教学成果是教学改革的永恒主题和不懈动力,更是建设一流大学和一流学科的有力支撑和坚实保证。Taking the educational reform projects as the carrier and the teaching problems as the guidance,we carry out a research,obtaining a landmark achievement which is an important way of teaching reform. The educational reform projects and teaching achievements cultivation have promoted the construction of the quality concept of personnel training and pointed out the direction for talents training in universities. This paper clarifies the significance,measures and guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of educational reform projects and teaching achievements with high level in the view of the deepening of teaching reform,pointing out that the design of teaching reform projects and the cultivation of teaching achievements are not only the eternal theme and unremitting force,but also the strong support and solid guarantee for the construction of first-class university and disciplines.
