十八大以来中国共产党权力监督思想的理论与实践研究

摘　　要：十八大以来,中国共产党在如何管权、用权方面进行了深层探索,无论是理论创新还是实践探究皆成果斐然,这些探索的本质是党的权力监督思想在新的时代背景下的驱动使然。本文以十八大以来党的权力监督思想为研究中心,深入阐述了党的权力监督思想的理论意蕴和现实背景,归纳了十八大以来党的权力监督思想的主要内容,对其理论价值和基本经验进行了总结,并据此得出现实启示。Since the 18th National Congress ol CPC,the Communist Party ol China has made deep explorations on how to control and use powers. The effects are outstanding whether in theoretical innovation or in practical inquiry. The essence ol these explorations is the driving lorce ol the Party’s power supervision thought in the new era. This article,taking the Party’s power supervision thought since 18th National Congress as the research center,elaborates the theoretical connotation and the realistic background ol the Party＇s power supervision thought,analyzes the main contents ol the Party＇s power supervision thought,and summarizes its theoretical value and basic experience,and accordingly, comes to the real inspiration.
