摘　　要：从天人合一、气与三才、阴阳五行、四气五味、药物归经、道地药材等中医学基本概念出发,并结合当前研究存在的问题,论述以传统中医理论进行中药研究的重要性和必要性。具体而言:天人合一理论是中药研究的指导;气是沟通天、地、人三才,理解中药功能作用的关键;阴阳五行、四气五味是沟通天、地、人的必要工具;同气相求是引经报使药的内在基础;道地药材理论是药材质量动态控制的最佳方法。Beginning with the basic concepts of harmony of man with nature,Qi and heavy-earth-man,Yin-Yang and five elements,four nature and five flavors of Chinese herbs,channel tropism of Chinese herbs,as well as genuine regional herbs in Chinese medicine,combining with problems in current researches,the authors discuss the importance and necessity of using traditional Chinese medicine theory to conduct Chinese herb research. Concretely,the theory of harmony of man with nature is the guidance of Chinese herb research. Qi communicates heaven,earth and man,which is the key to understand Chinese herb effect. Yin-Yang,five elements,four nature and five flavors of Chinese herbs are necessary tools to communicate the heaven,earth and man. Like draws to like is the inner basis of channel affinity herbs. Genuine regional herb theory is the best method to control the quality of herbs dynamically.
