摘  要:[目的]探讨基于微信平台的微课教学模式在手术室新护士培训中的应用效果。[方法]以2014年和2015年我院中心手术室新护士15名为观察组,采用基于微信平台的微课教学模式进行培训,以2012年和2013年我院中心手术室新护士15名为对照组,采用常规多媒体教学模式培训。对两组的培训效果进行比较。[结果]观察组理论成绩、技能成绩均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组绝大多数新护士对基于微信平台的微课教学模式持肯定态度。[结论]基于微信平台的微课教学模式有利于提高手术室新护士的专业知识和操作技能。Objective To probe into the application effect of WeChat - based Micro - Lecture teaching model in training of new operating room nurses.Me t h o d s: 1 5 new nurses in central operating room from 2014 to 2015 were selected as observation group,and the WeChat - based Micro - Lecture teaching model was used for them. The traditional multimedia - aided teaching model was used in control group, and another 15 new nurses from 2012 to 201 3.The training effect was compared between both groups.R e s u l t s : The theory and skills performance in observation group were superior to those in control group (all P 〈0.05).The vast majority oobservation group showed a positive attitude towards WeChat based Micro Lecture teaching model. C o n c lu -sion: The WeChat - based Micro - Lecture teaching model was conductive to improving the operation room new nurses? professional knowledge and operational skills.
