Effects of Diet with Different Levels of Metabolizable Energy on Digestive Organs Development,Muscle Fatty Acids Contents and Immune Organs Indexes of Saibei Silkies

摘  要:研究不同能量水平日粮对塞北乌骨鸡生长发育的影响,为塞北乌骨鸡在不同阶段选择合理的日粮能量水平提供理论依据。选择400只体质量相近的1日龄塞北乌骨鸡,随机分成5组(每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡),分别饲喂代谢能为10.38、10.94、11.51、12.34、12.96 MJ/kg的饲粮(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组),试验期120 d。试验结束后,所有供试鸡只全部宰杀,测定消化器官相对质量、消化道长、免疫器官指数及肌肉脂肪酸相对含量。结果显示,整体上,Ⅴ组的各项指标值均较高,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅴ组的腺胃、肌胃、空肠、回肠、盲肠相对质量分别显著提高16.67%、20.65%、26.60%、25.26%、21.35%,十二指肠、回肠、盲肠长分别显著提高18.28%、10.45%、18.78%;Ⅴ组胸肌和腿肌的亚麻酸、亚油酸、二十碳四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸、十六烷酸及十八烷酸相对含量均显著提高;Ⅴ组的肝脏指数、脾脏指数、胰脏指数及胸腺指数分别显著提高10.47%、15.68%、15.03%、15.08%。可见,塞北乌骨鸡日粮以12.96 MJ/kg能量水平效果较佳。In order to investigate the effects of diet with different levels of metabolizable energy on growth and development of Saibei silkies,and so as to provide the theoretical basis for selecting the dietary with reasonable energy level at different stages of Saibei silkies,a total of 400 1-day-old Saibei silkies were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳand Ⅴ match along with 10. 38,10. 94,11. 51,12. 34,12. 96 MJ/kg metabolizable energy( ME) adding into daily diet,the experiment was conducted for 120 d. Relative quality of digestive organs,long digestive tract,immune organ index and relative content of muscle fatty acid were analyzed after slaughter. The results showed as follows: when compared with group Ⅰ,relative qualities of glandular stomach,muscle stomach,jejunum,ileum,cecum in group Ⅴ were significantly increased by 16. 67%,20. 65%,26. 60%,25. 26%,21. 35%;the length of duodenum,ileum and caecum were significantly increased by 18. 28%,10. 45%,18. 78%;linolenic acid,linoleic acid,eicosatetraenoic acid,eicosapentaenoic acid,docosahexaenoic acid,hexadecanoic acid and octadecanoic acid of breast muscle and leg muscle were significantly im-proved;liver index,spleen index,pancreas index,thymus indexwere significantly increased by 10. 47%,15. 68%,15. 03%,15. 08%. In conclusion,the optimal ME for Saibei silkies was 12. 96 MJ/kg.
