排龈膏和排龈线在老年患者固定义齿修复中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较排龈膏和排龈线在老年患者固定义齿修复中的应用效果,选择一种更适合老年人的排龈技术。方法将需进行固定义齿修复的患者82例(165颗患牙)分为排龈线组(79颗患牙)和排龈膏组(86颗患牙),比较两组患者患牙印模和模型效果和患者舒适度的差异。结果两组患者患牙印模和模型效果满意率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者舒适度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组排龈技术均能取得较好的临床效果,但排龈膏舒适度高,老年人更容易接受。Objective To compare the effect of gum paste and gum line for gingival retraction in fixed denture resto-ration of the elderly patients. Methods About 82 patients （1 6 5 teeth） who needed fixed denture restoration were divided in-to two groups gum line group （7 9 teeth） and gum paste group （8 6 teeth） . The dental impression, model effect and patients＇ satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The dental impression and model effect of the two groups had no statisti-cal significance （all P 〉0. 05）. The difference of patients＇ satisfaction was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The gum paste and gum line are both clinically effective in gingival retraction in fixed denture restoration of the old pa-tients ,but the gum paste is more likely to be accepted by the old people because it is more comfortable.
