康复新液预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估康复新液在乳腺癌术后皮下积液的临床应用价值及安全性。方法将2016年02月—2017年02月我院收治的50例浸润性乳腺癌患者,行改良根治术,术后1周引流量仍>20 ml/d的患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组(25例)和对照组(25例)。实验组行康复新液腔内注射联合加压包扎和负压引流,对照组行加压包扎和负压引流。对比两组患者皮下积液的引流量、治愈时间及并发症的发生率。结果实验组、对照组术后第7天引流量没有统计学差异(44.32±11.54、44.36±11.68,P>0.05);实验组用药1周后引流量、治愈时间显著低于对照组(10.48±10.70、18.24±11.19,7.96±2.49、11.16±3.99),二者具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生皮瓣坏死及感染;对照组、实验组分别有7例、9例病人发生轻微疼痛,疼痛发生率为(7/30、9/30),二者没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。经过随访,所有患者未发生迟发性不良反应。结论乳腺癌术后患者,局部应用康复新液可有效减少皮下积液的生成,缩短治疗时间,安全、简单易行,临床价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical value and safety of kangfuxin liquid in reducing seroma formation after the Modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods This prospective study in clud ed 50 pat ien ts pathologically confirmed with breast carcinoma who underwent modified radical mastectomy from June 2016 to June 2017. Pat ients were ran-domized into experimental group and control group with 25 cases each. Per group were treated with either kangfuxin liquid plus closed suction drainage or drainage - only. To compare the incidence of seroma format ion, drainage duration and compli-cations between two groups. Results The re was no significant difference between the d rainage volume after 7 days of modi-fied radical mastectomy（44. 32 ± 11. 54、 44. 36 ± 11. 6 8 , P 〉 0. 05 ） . In comparison with the drainage - only group , we found that patients in the kangfuxin liquid group had a lower drainage volume and a shorter duration of drainage （ 10. 48 ± 10. 70、 18. 24 ± 11. 19, 7. 96 ±2. 49、 11. 16 ± 3. 99） ,a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Incision infection、 flap necrosis did not occur in any of our cases. The control group and the experimental group had 7 or 9 pat ients with mild pain, and the incidence of pain was （7/30, 9/30）. There was no stat ist ical difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After follow - up, all pat ients had no delayed adverse reactions. Conclusion kangfuxin liquid not only redu ced seroma formation, but also short-ened the suction drainage duration. It is simple, safe, effective and deserves to broadcast.
