健脾化瘀方对肝细胞癌术后患者早期生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健脾化瘀方对肝细胞癌患者术后早期生活质量的影响。方法选择肝切除术后2周内的肝细胞癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和健脾化瘀方组,每组30例。两组患者均根据病情予常规西药对症治疗。健脾化瘀方组在常规西药对症治疗的基础上予以健脾化瘀方辨证加减治疗,每日1剂,连续每14天。在治疗前和治疗后分别用生活质量调查表(QLQ-C30)评估所有病人的生活质量。结果治疗后两组肝癌术后患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体健康状况、疲劳、恶心呕吐、疼痛、睡眠障碍、食欲下降等维度的评分和治疗前比较有明显的改善(P<0.01),且健脾化瘀方组的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。而且健脾化瘀方组的便秘、腹泻的评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论健脾化瘀方可明显改善肝癌术后患者早期的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Jianpi Huayu decoration on the early life quality of postoperative pa-tients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Sixty hepatocellular carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group and Jianpi Huayu recipe decoration group, each group with 30 patients. The two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic western medicine according to their conditions. Based on conventional symptomatic treatment, the Jianpi Huayu Decoction group was treated with the Jianpi Huayu Decoction with dialectical addition and subtraction, 1 dose per day for 14 days. QLQ - C30 was used to evaluate the life quality of all patients before and after treatment. Results The scores on func-tion of physical, role, cognition, emotion, society, overall health status, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, sleep disorders and loss of appetite were significantly improved after the treatment, as compared with before treatment （P 〈0. 0 1 ） . The im-provement of Jianpi Huayu decoction group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈0. 05 - 0 1 ） . The scores onconstipation and diarrhea were also significantly improved after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Jianpi Huayu decoc-tion can improve the early life quality of postoperative patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
