摘　　要：目的评估Zimmer种植系统在无牙颌即刻负重中的临床效果。方法选择牙列缺失患者27例,平均年龄为(56.0±6.5)岁,共植入Zimmer TSV种植体158枚,其中132枚用于即刻负重。在术后1 w内完成临时修复体,并进行即刻负重,所有的临时修复体均采用螺丝固位,6个月后完成永久修复。在即刻负重后的6、12个月进行随访。评估种植体的存留率、修复体的功能及种植体边缘牙槽骨吸收。结果所有进行即刻负重的种植体均获得了良好的骨结合,未出现种植体及基台松动脱落的情况,修复体功能正常。X线检查示:在进行即刻负重后6、12个月,颈部牙槽骨吸分别为(0.45±0.21)、(0.55±0.12)mm。结论 Zimmer种植系统在无牙颌即刻负重中的具有良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Zimmer dental implant system in immediate loading of eden-tulous jaws. Methods A total of 158 Zimmer TSV dental implants were placed in 27 edentulous patients, and 132 implants were used to support provisional restoration and immediate loading. All of provisional restorations were used screw - retained fixation. Permanent restorations were completed in 6 months. The survival rate of the implants, the clinical functions of pros- theses and marginal bone resorption were evaluated during follow up appointments. Results During the follow up, all im-plants used for immediate loading got good bone osteointegration. The implant survival rates were 100% . No abutment loosed was founded. The implants and restorations were in good condition with normal functions and immobility. According to X - ray examination, the marginal bone resorption at 6 and 12 months were （0. 45 ±0. 21） mm, （0. 55 ±0. 12） mm respective-ly. Conclusion The Zimmer implant system showed good clinical effect on immediate loading in edentulous patients.
