摘 要:针对军用维修器材立体仓库的货位分配问题,充分考虑物资的不同存储状态以及货位分配相关的影响因素,提出了一种结合物资需求频率及相关性的多目标货位分配模型。该模型基于分类存储思想,把整个分配过程划分为两级(货物到物资类、货位到特定物资),很好地适应了军用维修器材仓库的储存特点。针对该模型,设计了基于Pareto保持机制的多目标模拟退火算法,经算例验证,该方法具有良好的寻优性能,达到了提高存储效率的目的。Combining with the storage state and other related factors , the allocation problem of the military maintenance resources warehouse is studied. First,according to the idea of classified storage, a multi-objective mathematical model is presented to describe the allocation problem, which considers the resource requiring fre-quency and the relations between the resources at the same time. The model divides the whole storage process into two different stages (mapping resources to category,mapping location to the specific resources),and it adapts to the characteristics of the military maintenance resources warehouse very well. Then a simulated an-nealing mechanism is proposed to solve the model based on the Pareto holding mechanism. Finally,numerical results show that the above algorithm can obtain better performance.
