摘 要:目的分析白色假丝酵母菌临床分离株对氟康唑的耐药性以及耐氟康唑白色假丝酵母菌ERG11基因突变的情况。方法收集2016年1月—2017年1月临床生殖道假丝酵母菌感染患者生殖道分泌物标本,培养并进行菌种鉴定,微量稀释法进行体外药敏性实验对氟康唑靶酶基因ERG11进行PCR扩增、测序,与已知序列进行对比分析。结果 815例样本中发现假丝酵母菌感染213例,感染率26.1%,其中白色假丝酵母菌感染139例占65.3%。通过药敏性实验从中分离耐药菌10株,通过ERG11基因分析共16个同义突变与9个错义突变。结论白假丝酵母菌是女性生殖道假丝酵母菌感染的主要致病菌,对ERG11基因测序发现了4株单位点及6株多位点的有义突变。Objective Analysis on the fluconazole resistancy of Candida albicans from femail genitral tract and the mutation of ERGll gene. Methods Samples of clinical genital tract infectied Candida were collectied and characterized. After microdilution method for in vitro drug sensitivity test, fluconazole target gene ERG11 was amplified by PCR and sequenced and in the end compared with known sequences. Results there were 213 Candida infections from 815 samples and the infection rate was 26.1%, in which Candida albicans infection in 139 cases accounted for 65.3%. 10 strains of resistant bacteria were isolated from the drug susceptibility test, and 16 synonymous mutations and 9 missense mutations were analyzed by ERGI1 gene analysis. Conclusions Candida albicans is the main pathogen of Candida infection in female genitalia. The sequencing of ERG11 gene reveals the presence of synonymous mutations in single and multiple sites.
