摘　　要：加速康复外科(Fast Track surgery,FTS)理念的广泛应用,大大加快了胃癌患者术后的康复速度。该理念能帮助患者缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症,降低住院费用,提高病人术后的生活质量,最大限度地利用医院资源。本文笔者就FTS理念在胃癌患者围手术期的临床应用进展作一综述。The concept of Fast Track surgery（FTS） is widely used, and greatly accelerated the recovery rate of patients with gastric cancer after surgery. This concept can help patients to shorten the hospital stay, reduce postoperative complications, reduce hospital costs, improve the quality of life of patients after surgery, to maximize the use of hospital resources. In this paper, the author makes a summary of the clinical application of FTS in the perioperative period of patients with gastric cancer.
