摘　　要：肿瘤是目前全球人类主要死亡原因之一,它给人类生命健康造成了巨大威胁。现已发现其发生、发展、转移与机体的免疫系统密切相关。免疫系统可通过多种途径杀伤和清除肿瘤,对其有一定的控制作用,然而肿瘤往往仍能在机体内生长,这表明肿瘤细胞能够逃避或反击宿主免疫系统,使机体不能产生有效的抗肿瘤免疫应答。阐明肿瘤免疫逃逸机制是预防、诊断、治疗肿瘤的关键,文章将对肿瘤免疫逃逸机制的研究进展做一综述。Tumor is one of the main causes of human death in the world,which has brought a heavy threat to human health.It has been found that the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumor are closely related to the immune system of human body.The immune system can kill and remove tumor via many ways so it has a certain control effect on tumor.However,tumor often can still grow in the body,which showing that the tumor cells can escape from immune system and make the body not to produce effective anti-tumor immune response.Further study of the mechanism of tumor immune escape is the key to the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of tumor.This article has reviewed research progress on the mechanism of tumor immune escape.
