摘　　要：目的:评价乳磨牙龋病治疗中使用Hall技术的临床效果。方法:选取我院需行乳磨牙龋齿修复治疗的患牙112颗,治疗组56颗采用Hall技术治疗,对照组56颗采用普通金属预成冠修复技术治疗,12个月及18个月后回访,评价治疗成功率。结果:12及18个月后治疗组成功率为98.2%和94.6%,对照组成功率为98.2%和98.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:Hall技术既具有无创特点又具有冠修复优势,可以临床运用于乳磨牙龋齿治疗。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of the Hall technique on the treatment for primary molar caries. Methods： 112 primary molars with caries which were ready for restorative therapy were included in our hospital and randomized to the control group（56 cases）,treated with standard crown restorations and the treatment group（56 cases） treated with the Hall technique,the clinical success rates in12 and 18 months after operation of both groups were compared. Results： The clinical success rates at 12 and 18 months of the treatment group were 98.2% and 94.6%,which were 98.2% and 98.2% in control group. There was no significantly difference between them. Conclusions： The Hall technique has the characteristic of atraumatic technology and metal crown restoration,it was acceptable for the treatment of primary molar caries.
