高大平房仓优化与热泵节能控温对大米储藏影响研究

摘  要:通过研究高大平房仓的综合改造技术对大米品质的调控作用,发现改造仓全年的大米平均温度为11.5℃,最高温度25℃,达到了准低温储粮水平;改造仓水分损耗小于对照仓;改造仓游离脂肪酸、总酸的含量及脂肪氧化酶(LOX)的活性均低于对照仓。高大平房仓的改造具有显著的控温储粮效果。by studying the regulatory effect of the comprehensive reconstruction technology of high horizontal warehouse on the quality of rice,it was found that the average temperature of the rice was11.5 ℃ and the maximum temperature was 25 ℃,reaching the quasi-low temperature grain storage level.The water loss of the modified warehouse was less than that of the compared warehouses.The content of free fatty acids,total acid and lipoxygenase(LOX)in the modified warehouse were lower than those of the compared warehouses.The reconstruction of high horizontal warehouse has a significant effect on temperature controlling and grain storage.
