摘 要:针对由一个售前服务商和一个制造商组成的产品服务供应链中,供应链决策主体具有风险规避特征的合作契约设计问题,建立了服务商和制造商的效用模型,得出了分散决策和集中决策下的最优均衡解,分析了双方风险规避系数对决策主体行为的影响。对比两种决策模型发现,相对于分散决策,集中决策下的服务水平提高、服务商效用降低、制造商效用增加,据此提出一种实现供应链系统Pareto改善的收益共享契约。通过数值仿真验证了收益共享契约的有效性。Aiming at the product service supply chain consisted of a pre-sale service provider and a manufacturer,a cooperation contract problem was researched when the supply chain members were risk aversion.By building a mean-variance model,optimal equilibrium solutions were obtained under a decentralized and a centralized product service supply chain.Moreover,the impact of risk aversion coefficient on the optimal decision-making behavior was analyzed.The result showed that compared with the decentralized decision-making,the service provider's service level became higher and its utility became lower,while the manufacturer's utility increased significantly in the centralized decision-making.Therefore,a revenue-sharing contract was proposed that improved the supply chain system utility.Numerical examples showed that the utilities of two members were improved as long as the revenue-sharing coefficient was located in a certain range.Meanwhile,the more risk-averse the service provider was,the smaller the revenue sharing coefficient range would be,and the more risk-averse the manufacturer was,the greater the revenue sharing coefficient range would be.
