摘 要:采用高导热的铝基板作为灯丝基板,来制备可柔性弯曲的倒装LED灯丝。通过积分球测试系统以及热成像分析对比,发现相比直条状态灯丝将柔性灯丝弯曲并拉伸至一定长度时,稳态温度降低,灯丝亮度升高。在该状态下灯丝可驱动至6 W以上,灯丝稳态光通量可维持在初态的90%以上,并且老化1 000 h光通量维持率为95%,老化性能优越。因此实现了一种单根高功率柔性灯丝的制备,为市场提供一种新型可靠,具有广泛应用前景的灯丝。Flexible LED filament were prepared using high thermal conductivity aluminum substrate as the filament substrate. It is found that when the flexible filament was bent and stretched to a certain length, the steady state temperature decreases and the brightness increases, by analyzing the integrating sphere test system and thermal imaging. This filament can be driven to more than 6 W, and the luminous flux maintenance factor was 95% after aging for 1 000 h. Thus a kind of reliable high power LED filament is achieved, which has a broad application prospect.
