摘  要:为探究蓼科大黄属物种CHS基因密码子的偏爱性,鉴定出该类基因的最优密码子。利用EMBOSS、Codon W1.4.4和SPSS 17.0软件对24条来源于大黄属不同物种的CHS基因进行多元统计分析,以深入研究其偏爱性。结果表明,大黄属CHS基因密码子的GC_3含量最高,其与GC_(12)的相关性检验未达到显著水平。ENC-plot分析显示,24条CHS基因的ENC值均低于预期值。以上证明了自然选择是CHS基因密码子偏爱性形成的主导因素。筛选出的26个最优密码子中,17个密码子的第3位碱基为G/C,表明CHS基因最优密码子偏爱以G/C结尾。To explore the codon usage bias of the CHS gene within the genus Rheum Polygonaceae, and identified the optimal codons of the CHS gene. Twenty-four CHS gene sequences belong to different species of the Rheum were used to Multi-statistical analysis which using EMBOSS, codon W1.4.4 and SPSS 17.0 to further research its usage bias. It was turned out that The GC_3 content in the codons of the CHS gene within the genus Rheum is the highest. Correlation test between GC_3 and GC_(12)did not reach significant level. The ENC-plot indicates that the ENC values of the twenty-four CHS gene sequences were lower than the expected values. They indicate that selection is the dominant factor for the formation of codon usage bias of the CHS gene. On the twenty-six optimal codons which was Screened out, the third position of seventeen codons is G/C, which indicates that the optimal codon usage bias of the CHS gene is G/C at the end.
