摘  要:将6种沉水植物:狐尾藻(Myriophyllum verticillatum)、苦草(Vallisneria natans)、轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)、金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)、菹草(Potamogeton crispus)和伊乐藻(Elodea Canadensis)种植于以绿藻和硅藻为优势种群的富营养化水体中,对比研究其化感抑藻效应.结果表明:在自然状态下,苦草、轮叶黑藻和狐尾藻针对富营养化水体中的浮游藻类具有明显且稳定的抑制效果,化感抑藻效应更具广谱性,可优先考虑应用于实际工程中.In order to compare and evaluate the allelopathic effect of submerged macrophytes on algae growth under natural conditions,six species of submerged macrophyte(Myriophyllum verticillatum,Vallisneria natans,Hydrilla verticillata,Ceratophyllum demersum,Potamogeton crispus,and Elodea Canadensis)were planted in eutrophied water.The water samples used in the experiment were collected from a polluted pond rich in Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta as dominant algae species.The results obtained from the analyses indicated that Vallisneria natans,Hydrilla verticillata and Myriophyllum verticillatum had the most significant and stable inhibiting effect on the growth of phytoplankton.The allelopathic effects of these three species also extended for longer period in comparison with other tested submerged macrophytes.The experimental results suggest that Vallisneria natans,Hydrilla verticillataand Myriophyllum verticillatumcan be used as phytoremediation species for control of algae growth in eutrophied water.
