摘　　要：针对直流电机转速的精确控制问题,以西门子S7-300可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为平台,构建了一种基于模糊逻辑的转速控制系统.首先,根据电机的设定速度和实际反馈速度,获得电机速度的误差和误差变化量,并将其作为模糊控制器的输入.然后,通过由PLC编程实现的模糊化、规则判断和去模糊化过程,输出电机脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制信号的占空比,以此实现电机转速的精确控制.实验结果表明,在不同的转矩负载下,提出的控制系统都能够快速且精确地启动电机到设定的转速,具有可行性和实用性.For the issue that the precise control of DC motor speed,a speed control system based on fuzzy logic was built on Siemens S7-300 series programmable logic controller（PLC）.First,the error of the motor speed and the error variation are obtained according to the set speed and the actual feedback speed of the motor,and used as the input of the fuzzy controller.Then,the process of fuzzification,regular judgment and de-fuzzification are realized by PLC programming,and output the duty cycle of motor pulse width modulation（PWM）control signal,so as to achieve precise control of motor speed.The experimental results show that the proposed control system can quickly and accurately start the motor to the set speed under different torque loads,which is feasible and practicable.
