摘  要:电梯平衡系数是曳引式电梯的重要性能指标,关系到电梯的性能及安全。我国现行的法规要求,新装曳引式电梯、改变了平衡系数的改造梯电梯都要进行平衡系数测试,而现行电梯平衡系数测试方法存在效率低和检测成本高的问题,本文给出一种基于定义法的电梯平衡系数丝杆提升检测装置实现,即利用丝杆提升,依次测出轿厢重量、对重重量,再代入额定载荷、曳引比,求出电梯平衡系数,该方法适用于所有类型的曳引式电梯,测量过程无需载荷,简单便捷,精度高,可重复性好。本文中涉及的电梯平衡系数检测设备,已在现场做了大量的实验,结果稳定可靠。The elevator balance coefficient is one of the important performance parameters of the traction type elevator, relating to the safe operation of the lift. Every installed traction elevator and modified elevator which changed the balance coefficient should be tested whether the elevator balance coefficient is proper. The existing elevator balance coefficient testing instruments have problems with low efficiency and high cost. According to the definition of elevator balance coefficient, we developed a new balance coefficient measurement droved by screw. We take the measurement to test the car's weight and counterweight's weight, and then we can get the balance coefficient by taking the car's weight, counterweight's weight, rated load and traction ratio into a formula. The measurement can test all kinds of elevators without loading. At present, the measurement has been tested under different conditions, and the consequence is closed to the real data.
