摘　　要：网络权力是企业网络中的热点问题之一。探讨了在中国集群情境下,核心企业网络权力对与之合作的配套企业合作行为的影响,同时引入关系资本,探究其调节效应。运用理论与实证研究方法,基于对238份企业调查数据的分析,研究得出:核心企业知识权力、地位权力及感召权力均与配套企业合作行为正相关;此外,关系资本正向调节核心企业网络权力与配套企业合作行为之间的关系。Network power is one of the hot issues in enterprise network. This paper discusses the influence of the core enter-prise network power on the cooperation behavior of the supporting enterprises in the cluster situation. At the same time in-troduces the relationship capital,and explores its moderating effect. Using the theoretical and empirical research methods, based on the analysis of the survey data of 238 enterprises, the results of the study is that： The knowledge power Status power and influence power of the core enterprise are all positively related to the cooperation behavior of the supporting en-terprise. In addition,relational capital is positively regulating the relationship between the core enterprise network power and the cooperative behavior of the supporting enterprise
