摘　　要：高职院校信息技术专业群是以信息技术服务为主的专业群,实践操作技能的培养尤为突出。在现代学徒制的培养模式下,对“双师型”素质教师的能力以及比例都提出了更高的要求。只有校企合作、多方联动、拓宽渠道、优惠政策,才能提高教师的全面素质,培养合格的“双师型”教师队伍。The information technology specialty group of higher vocational colleges is a professional group with information technology service, especially the cultivation of practical operation skills.In the modern apprenticeship training mode, the ＂double teacher＂ quality teacher＇s ability and proportion have put forward higher requirements. Only the school-enterprise cooperation,multi-linkage, broaden channels, preferential policies, can improve the overall quality of teachers, and train qualified ＂double teacher＂ teachers.
