摘 要:研究马铃薯挖掘机摆动分离筛上马铃薯的运动过程和马铃薯运动速度对分离筛性能的影响。对马铃薯相对分离筛的运动过程进行理论分析,并推导出马铃薯绝对运动速度公式;采用高速摄像技术对薯土分离过程中马铃薯相对分离筛的运动情况进行试验研究,并通过田间试验测试出分离筛在沙土和黏土中作业时马铃薯的绝对运动速度,将试验值除以理论值得到速度修正系数。结果表明:马铃薯相对分离筛要经历正向滑动和反向滑动的连续运动过程,高速摄像试验结果与理论分析结果吻合;沙土中马铃薯绝对运动速度试验值大于理论值,速度修正系数为1.02,黏土中马铃薯绝对运动速度试验值小于理论值,速度修正系数为0.89。To study the movement of potato on the swing separation sieve of potato digger and the effect of absolute speed of potato on the performance of separation sieve,the characteristics of potato movement relative to separation sieve are analyzed theoretically and the absolute velocity of potato movement formula is deduced.An experiment was conducted to study the movement characteristics of potato relative to separation sieve in the separation process of potato and soil by using high speed video technology.The theoretical analysis results are checked by field experiment to obtain the correction coefficient between the test value and the theoretical value of absolute velocity of potato in sandy soil and clay.The result shows potato goes through continuous forward and reverse slip movement.The results of high speed video test are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.The experimental absolute velocity of potato in sandy soil is greater than the theoretical value,and its correction coefficient is 1.02.The absolute velocity of potato in clay is less than the theoretical value,and the correction coefficient is 0.89.
