摘　　要：通过对科研院所实验技术人才队伍建设存在的共性问题进行分析和研究,提出了加强建设和发展的几点建议.提出要深入转变思想观念,高度重视并扎实做好实验技术队伍建设的相关工作;优化内部管理机制,充分发挥各类实验技术人才资源优势;加强激励政策的扶持力度,拓宽发展空间,提高工作积极性;坚持业务技能培训工作的长效机制,强化队伍工作能力的持久建设;建立科学公平的绩效评价机制,充分调动实验队伍的活力.争取打造一支思想觉悟高、协同创新能力强、精业务、懂管理的实验技术队伍,为进一步全面推动实验技术人才队伍建设和科研工作的长足发展提供重要保障.This paper analyzes the common problems existing in the construction of experimental technical personnel team in scientific research institutes, and some suggestions for future development areput forward. Firstly,it is suggested that ideas should be changed, the relate work of experimental technical team construction should be appreciated and be completed; Secondly, internal management mechanism should be optimized in order to achieve their potential of various types of experimental technical personnel resources; Thirdly, strengthening the support of the incentive policies can help personnel expand development space and improve work enthusiasm; Adhering to the long-term effectiveness of business skills training can help strengthen lasting the construction of team work ability; Establishing a scientific and fair performance evaluation mechanism can help fully mobilize the vitality of the experimental team. An experimental technical team will be builtwhichpessess high ideological consciousness, strong ability of collaborative innovation and fine business management. And this work will provide important guarantee for the further construction of experimental technical personnel and the rapid development of scientific research.
