摘　　要：目的:观察595nm脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿微静脉畸形的临床疗效。方法:2014年12月-2016年12月,笔者科室采用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗微静脉畸形患儿45例,其中男21例,女24例,年龄40d^3岁,平均1.8岁。治疗间隔期1.5~2个月,治疗次数2~16次,平均8次。结果:按皮损颜色和增生的情况分组:粉红型32例,紫红型8例,增厚型5例。总有效率84.7%,年龄越小,疗效越好。而且,结果证明粉红型疗效优于紫红型,增厚型最差。结论:595nm脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿微静脉畸形安全、有效,并且患者年龄越小,皮损颜色越浅,疗效越好,提倡尽早治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effects and side-effects of 595nm pulsed dye laser in treating Micro venous malformations. Methods Between December 2014 and December 2016,by 595 nm pulsed dye laser treatment of 45 cases of Micro venous malformations patients, 21cases of male, 24 cases of female. Age 40 days to 3 years old, average 1.8 years. Treatment duration between 1.5-2 months, the number 2-16 times, an average of 8 times. Results According to skin color and hyperplasia group： 32 cases of pink type, amaranthine type 8 cases, thickening in 5 cases, the total effective rate 84.7%; Age is smaller, the better curative effect; According to the skin color and hyperplasia of grouping, pink curative effect is better than that of purple, thickening of the worst. Conclusion 595 nm pulsed dye laser is safe and effective treatment of Micro venous malformations, The smaller the patients age, the skin color is more shallow, curative effect is better, promote treatment as soon as possible.
