摘　　要：肿瘤细胞侵袭转移是恶性肿瘤重要特征之一,也是引起恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要因素之一。肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭转移是一个复杂、多因素作用的过程。在肿瘤侵袭转移的过程中,肿瘤细胞之间、肿瘤细胞与血管内皮细胞之间、肿瘤细胞与胞外基质之间的黏附与解离起关键作用。肝肠钙黏连蛋白(liver-intestine cadherin,LIcadherin)是一个钙黏连蛋白超家族的新成员。近年来研究显示LI-cadherin异常表达与众多肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭转移及预后密切相关。因此,本文就LI-cadherin新的生物学功能及其与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭转移及预后的关系作一综述。Tumor invasion and metastasis is an important characteristic malignant tumors,and is also one of the leading causes of death among cancer patients.The development,invasion and metastasis of tumor is composed of complex factors and is a multiple interacting process.In the tumor cell invasion and metastasis,the adhesion molecules play decisive role in the adhesion and dissociation among cancer cells,endothelial cells and extracellular matrix.LI-cadherin is a new member of cadherin superfamily.In recent years,studies have shown that LI-cadherin abnormal expression is closely related to the development,metastasis and prognosis of various tumors.Therefore,this article summarized the new biological characteristics of LI-cadherin,reviewed the relationship between LI-cadherin and tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis.
