摘　　要：积极心理学注重研究人的发展潜力,主张以发展和欣赏的视角来看待个体学生,激发其心理潜在的积极因素。文章以翻转课堂教学模式为背景,在课后渗透和应用积极心理学的理念,通过调查翻转课堂在医学生英语学习中的接受度,提出探索积极心理应用于大学英语教学中的建议,旨在调动医学生英语学习的积极性和自主性,从而提高大学英语教学成效。Positive psychology focuses on people＇s developmental potential. It emphasizes on cultivating each student in a developmental and appreciative perspective, inspiring their potential positive factors in psychological level. Based on Flipped Class Model, through the survey of acceptance of the above teaching models, this paper intends to propose some practical suggestions by adopting the concept of positive psychology in college English teaching and learning. It aims to arouse enthusiastic and autonomous learning of medical students so as to improve the effectiveness of English teaching and learning.
