摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症对语言材料的存储及执行控制功能。方法选取40例精神分裂症患者(患者组)及40名健康志愿者(对照组),应用数字广度测验(DS)、n-back范式测验(NPT)、阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)进行评定。结果两组DS得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NPT的n=1时,患者组正确率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者组的反应时间多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中DS得分与年龄和病程均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者对语言材料的执行控制功能明显受损。Objective To investigate the verbal working memory and performing function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 40 patients with schizophrenia in study group and 40 healthy people in control group were selected and assessed with Digit Span Test（ DS）,N-back Paradigm Test（ NPT）,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）. Results There was no significant difference for the scores of DS between study group and control group（ P〉0. 05）. When n = 1 in NPT,the correct rate in study group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05） and the reaction time in study group was significantly longer than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In study group,the DS score was negatively correlated with age and duration of disorder of the patients（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are obvious impairments for the verbal performing and control function in patients with schizophrenia.
