双相Ⅰ型与双相Ⅱ型患者情感气质特点比较

摘　　要：目的探讨双相障碍Ⅰ型与双相障碍Ⅱ型患者在情感气质特征的差异性。方法选取100例双相障碍Ⅰ型患者(双相Ⅰ型组),98例双相障碍Ⅱ型患者(双相Ⅱ型组)和120名健康者(对照组),采用情感气质自评量表(TEMPS-A)进行评定。结果三组TEMPS-A总分及各因子分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较显示,双相Ⅰ型组和双相Ⅱ型组TEMPS-A总分及各因子分均高于对照组(P<0.05),双相Ⅰ型组TEMPS-A抑郁气质因子分低于双相Ⅱ型组,双相Ⅰ型组的旺盛气质因子分高于双相Ⅱ型组(P<0.05)。结论双相障碍患者存在特殊的情感气质,不同亚型之间情感气质类型有差异。Objective To explore the differences of affective temperament characteristics in patients with bipolar disorder Ⅰand bipolar disorder Ⅱ. Methods A total of 100 patients with bipolar disorder Ⅰ in bipolar Ⅰ group,98 patients with bipolar disorder Ⅱ in bipolar Ⅱ group and 120 healthy people in control group were selected and assessed with Temperament Evaluation of Memphis,Pisa,Paris and San Diego-Auto Questionnaire（ TEMPS-A）. Results There were significant differences in total score and all factor scores of TEMPS-A among three groups（ P〈0. 05）; and the total score and all factor scores of TEMPS-A in bipolar Ⅰ group and bipolar Ⅱ group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The depression temperament factor score of TEMPS-A in bipolar Ⅰ group was significantly lower than that in bipolar Ⅱ group（ P〈0. 05） and the hyperthymic temperament factor score of TEMPS-A in bipolar Ⅰ group was significantly higher than that in bipolar Ⅱ group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are some special affective temperament characteristics in the patients with bipolar disorder and there are different types of affective temperament among patients with bipolar disorder Ⅰ and bipolar disorderⅡ.
