残留型精神分裂症血清氧化应激标志物及炎症细胞因子的临床研究

摘　　要：目的检测残留型精神分裂症患者血清中氧化应激标志物及炎症细胞因子的表达情况。方法选取85例残留型精神分裂症患者作为观察组,90例健康志愿者作为对照组。根据服用抗精神病药物的不同,将观察组分为氯丙嗪组43例,氯氮平组42例。检测所有入组对象血清氧化应激标志物包括人硫代巴比妥酸反应物(TBARS)、人抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP),以及炎症细胞因子包括人白细胞介素6(IL-6)、人白细胞介素10(IL-10)、人肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)。结果观察组TRAP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。40~45岁年龄段观察组的TBARS、TRAP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。46~50岁、51~55岁、56~60岁年龄段观察组TRAP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中不同年龄段间、不同病程间TBARS、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氯丙嗪组TBARS水平高于氯氮平组(P<0.05)。结论残留型精神分裂症患者血清中氧化应激标志物及炎症细胞因子存在显著异常。Objective To explore serum oxidative stress markers and inflammatory cytokines in patients with residual schizophrenia. Methods A total of 85 patients with residual schizophrenia in observation group and 90 healthy volunteers in control group were selected and observation group was divided into chlorpromazine group（ n = 43） and clozapine group（ n = 42）according to different antipsychotics. They were detected with serum oxidative stress markers,including thiobarbituric acid reactive substances（ TBARS）,tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase（ TRAP） and inflammatory cytokines,including interleukin-6（ IL-6）,interleukin-10（ IL-10）,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）. Results The levels of TRAP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TBARS,TRAP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in observation group from 40 to 45 years old were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TRAP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in observation group from 46 to 50,from 51 to 55 and from 56 to 60 years old were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were all significant differences for the levels of TBARS,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α among different ages,different courses of disease in observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of TBARS in chlorpromazine group was significantly higher than that in clozapine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There exists remarkable abnormality for serum oxidative stress markers and inflammatory cytokines in patients with residual schizophrenia.
