摘　　要：本文主要论述了以市场经济为主导的过度医疗,主要表现在权威欲、谋利、技术万能论三个方面,具体从医学模式所造成的过度医疗违背医学宗旨,生物医学模式隐患导致的过度医疗,精英医学与适宜技术,医学发展与传统医疗,医疗边际效应递减,谋利驱动,以及现代医学的技术万能论所导致的过度医疗等方面,较为详细地阐述了过度医疗违背医学宗旨的危害。过度医疗带来的社会性问题,使得医学离人文和服务对象越来越远,完全违背了医学宗旨。从而警示业界人士拒绝过度医疗。This paper mainly discusses the overtreatment of market economy,mainly in three aspects,and the technology of universal authority to profit theory,specifically from the medical model caused by the excessive medical treatment against medical purposes,resulting in excessive medical risks of the biomedical model,elite medicine and appropriate technology,the development of medicine and traditional medicine,the marginal effect of medical decline,profit driven,and modern medical technology universal theory caused by the excessive medical treatment and other aspects in detail.The harm of excessive medical breach of medical purpose.The social problems caused by excessive medical treatment make the medicine more and more far away from the humanities and the object of service.It totally violates the medical tenet.Thus warning the industry refused to excessive medical treatment.
