掌浅弓表面标志的解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨掌浅弓在手掌表面的解剖学标志,为外科干预提供形态学及数据支持。方法解剖30例手掌标本,以环指的桡侧缘为轴线,分别测量掌浅弓与Kaplan线及远端腕横纹的距离。结果所有标本均具有完整的掌浅弓;掌浅弓与Kaplan线之间的距离为(5.2±3.5)mm(范围3~15.2 mm),掌浅弓与远端腕横纹之间的距离为(41.6±5.48)mm(范围34.8~56.1 mm)。结论解剖掌浅弓,有助于提高对其形态特征的认识;上述测量结果,加深了对于掌浅弓与Kaplan线、远端腕横纹的空间构筑的理解,结合前人的研究,Kaplan线、远端腕横纹均能够作为掌浅弓的解剖标志,在腕管减压、手外伤处置等方面具有重要意义。Objective： To examine the morphology of the superficial palmar arch（SPA） and the relation to Kaplan＇s cardinal line and the distal wrist crease. Methods： 30 human palmar specimens of formalin solution perfused were dissected and the superficial palmar arches were exposed. Distances between SPA and the Kaplan＇s cardinal line,the distal wrist crease were measured along the longitudinal line from the radial border of the ring finger,respectively. Results： Distance between SPA and the Kaplan＇s cardinal line was 5. 2 mm; Distance between SPA and the distal wrist crease was 41. 6 mm.Conclusion： Both the Kaplan＇s cardinal line and the distal wrist crease could be considered as the anatomical landmarks to SPA. Knowledge of these predictable anatomical relations would aid clinicians in surgical dissection and interpretation of abnormal arteriograms.
