摘　　要：目的探讨口腔修复患者牙体缺损、牙列缺失和牙列缺损的临床基本特征和修复状况,为牙齿损伤预防、治疗及口腔保健宣传工作提供参考。方法收集我院2014—2016年进行口腔修复的968例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 968例患者中,年龄在31~50岁之间的中青年患者人数最多,占比为44.62%;患者职业则主要集中在医务人员(21.28%)、企业职工(20.35%)和学生(18.08%)中;患者牙齿缺损部位常发生于上颌(52.58%);诊断类型方面,牙体缺损最常见(74.48%);修复类型方面,牙体缺损多选择烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复(37.40%),牙列缺损多选择活动铸造支架修复(16.12%),牙列缺失选择为全口总义齿(1.34%)。结论口腔医生应针对不同年龄阶段、不同职业类别的患者做好口腔保健宣传教育,并根据患者牙齿缺损情况选择合理的修复方式。Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristicsof patients accepted prosthodontics treatment,and provide references for the prevention and treatment of tooth injuries. Methods： Clinical information of 968 patients undergoing prosthodontics treatment in our hospital during 2014—2016 wascollected and retrospectively analyzed. Results： 44. 62% patientsage was distribute between 31 years old to 50 years old. Career categories were mainly distributed among medical staff（21. 28%）,employees（20. 35%） and students（18. 08%）. Tooth-defected region in the patients often occurred in the maxillary（52. 58%） and tooth defect（74. 48%） was the most common type of tooth injury. Patients with dental defect often select porcelain fused to metal crown（37. 40%）,patientswith dentition defect often select casting frame（16. 12%）,and patientswith dentition defect often select complete denture（1. 34%）. Conclusion： Stomatological doctors should make oral health education for patients based on different ages and different occupations,and choose reasonable rehabilitation methods according to characteristic of teeth injury.
