摘  要:我国是全球疫苗产品的最大需求与供给市场。自山西、山东疫苗事件发生后,公众对疫苗的安全性日渐关注。公众希望疫苗生产、冷链运输、仓储、销售、接种等每一个环节都在政府、疾控中心的监管之下。本文基于国密算法的安全二维码为主索引,依托物联网、大数据、云计算、GIS和传感器技术,阐述了辽宁省疫苗全程溯源管理信息系统的设计与实现,真正意义上构建了省、市、县区、接种门诊各级机构,精确到单只最小包装的疫苗全程监管和追溯体系。China is the biggest demand and supply market of global vaccine products. Since the Shandong, Shanxi vaccine incident, the public is increasingly concerned about the safety of the vaccine. Public hope that for the processes of vaccine production, cold chain transport, warehousing, sales, vaccination and so on all under the supervision of the government and the CDC. This paper is based on the state secret algorithm two-dimensional code based security index, relying on networking, big data, cloud computing, GIS and sensor technology, elaborates the design and implementation of Liaoning province vaccine whole process traceability management information system, the real sense of the provincial, city and county construction, vaccination outpatient service institutions at all levels and accurate to minimal packaging DPT regulation and traceability system.
