陕西省合阳县“政产学研”支撑下的农民培训探索

摘　　要："政产学研"四位一体的合作是职业教育办学中的重要组织形式,将这种组织形式引入农民培训当中,是对农民培训模式的创新。地处陕西省关中平原的合阳县将这种模式作为当地农民培训的支撑,在此基础上构建了"县—乡(镇)—村"三级培训体系,开发了多种培训项目,建立了农民培训基地,创造出自己的培训模式与经验,启发我们进一步思考农民培训过程中遇到的问题与解决思路。The ＂four in one＂ cooperation is one of the most important organizational forms of vocational education. The introduction of this type of training into the farmers training is the innovative. Located in the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province, Heyang county regards this mode as support for local farmer training, based on this, the training three level county-township-village system is established, a variety of training programs are developed, farmer training base is built, which create their own training mode and experience, and inspire us to think of the problems and solutions in the process of training farmers.
