孔子德教思想对大学生道德人格培养的启示

摘　　要：在经济全球化和生活多元化的背景下,大学生的道德人格教育不容忽视。孔子重视德教,在长期的教育和实践中形成了较为系统的德教理论,独创了自律、践履、以身作则、改过迁善等道德修养的主要方法。在阐述大学生道德人格培养的必要性的基础上,明确了孔子德教思想对大学生道德人格塑造的启示作用,教育者应承担起塑造大学生道德人格的责任,积极引导学生潜心体会先哲的德教思想。Under the background of economic globalization and life diversification, the moral personality education of college students should not he neglected. Confucius attached great importance to moral education, formed a systematic theory of moral education in the long-term of practice and education, and created the main moral cultivation methods of self-discipline, practice, setting examples, correcting mistakes, etc. Based on the expounding the necessity of cultivating college students＂ moral personality, the paper makes it clear that the Confucius moral education thought has enlightenment function on college students＂ moral personality. Educators should undertake the responsibility of moral personality education for college students, and actively guide students to devote themselves to experience the sages of moral education thought.
