摘　　要：目的探讨3D打印及数字化技术结合PBL教学,与传统的PBL教学在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,进一步提高骨科专业住院医师规范化培训临床教学质量。方法选取从2014年1月到2017年1月在西安交通大学第一附属医院骨科参加住院医师规范化培训的学员共52人。随机双盲分为两组,一组采用传统的PBL教学,另一组在教学过程中采用在PBL基础上充分应用3D打印及数字化技术。分析两组执业医师真题考试成绩,出科测试成绩(理论及操作测试)及自我评价成绩有无统计学差异,同时对PBL+3D打印组学员进行满意度调查,分析学员对新教学模式的满意情况。结果两组学生均顺利完成骨科住院医师规范化培训且取得优异成绩,相比较而言,应用PBL+3D打印及数字化技术组在出科测试成绩上均优于传统PBL组,且差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PBL教学方法基础上结合3D打印及数字化技术应用在骨科专业住院医师规范化培训中取得了良好的教学效果,为进一步提高我国住院医师规范化培训质量提供参考。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing and digital technology combined with PBL teaching and traditional PBL teaching in the standardization training of orthopedic resident physicians and further improves the clinical teaching quality of orthopedic specialty residents. Method 52 standardized training of resident physicians were selected from January 2014 to January 2017 in orthopedic department of Xi＇an Jiaotong University First Affiliated Hospital. They were randomized and double-blind divided into two groups, a group of traditional PBL teaching, a group of 3D printing and digital technology combined with PBL teaching. Analyzed two groups＇ theoretical and operational tests and selLassessment scores and practicing physician examination scores by two-tailed T test. Results Two groups of students were successfully completed orthopedic resident standardized training and achieved excellent results, compared to say, the application of PBL combined with 3D printing and digital technology group in the test scores were superior to the traditional PBL group and the difference has statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of PBL teaching method combined with 3D printing and digital technology application in the orthopedic specialty resident standardized training can achieve a good teaching effect, providing reference for a further improvement of the quality of standardized training of residents.
