摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学毕业生在完成院校教育后继续医学教育的重要内容,是提高医学生临床实践能力及医疗服务质量的必经之路,在医学教育发展中发挥着承前启后的重要作用。导师制作为一种教育制度,在研究生及本科生教育中取得一定的成效,但在住院医师规范化培训中尚处于初步探索阶段。本文主要从导师制的发展、在住院医师规范化培训中的意义及具体实施方法三方面进行阐述。Resident standardized training is an important part of the continuing medical education, which is a proven way to improve medical students＇ clinical practice abilities and medical service quality. The tutorial system is an effective training mode both in undergraduate and post-graduate education; however, in the aspect of resident standardized training, the system is still in the stage of preliminary exploration. This article expounds it mainly from three aspects： the development of the tutorial system, the significance of tutorial system in resident standardized training, and the concrete im- plementation means of this system.
