摘 要:试验旨在研究繁殖期鸽嗉囊组织形态学及生长因子含量动态变化规律。选取52对白羽王鸽肉种鸽(60周龄,公母配对),于孵化期第2(I2)、4(I4)、6(I6)、10(I10)、14(I14)、17(I17)天和哺育期第1(R1)、4(R4)、7(R7)、10(R10)、15(R15)、20(R20)、25(R25)天取嗉囊组织进行测定(每个时间点雌、雄鸽各4只)。嗉囊组织形态、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及表皮生长因子(EGF)检测结果:繁殖期,雌雄鸽嗉囊上皮厚度与嗉囊IGF-1及EGF含量呈正相关,三者均于R1时期存在最大值;雌雄鸽嗉囊内壁相邻褶皱距离均于R1时期减少至最小值;与I2时期相比,R1时期雌雄鸽嗉囊上皮嗜酸性细胞形态增大,形状为粗糙的多边形。雌鸽嗉囊上皮厚度、嗉囊内壁相邻褶皱距离、嗉囊IGF-1和EGF浓度分别于R1、R10、I14和I17时期显著大于雄鸽。试验表明,繁殖期种鸽嗉囊生长因子可能参与调控嗉囊形态学变化过程,且存在性别差异。The experiment was conducted to study the crop histological structure and changing pattern of growth factors in adult pigeon during breeding cycle. Crop from 52 pairs of White King meat-type pigeons (at the age of 60 weeks,female-male pair) were sampled at day 2 (I2), 4 (I4), 6 (I6), 10 (I10), 14 (I14) and 17 (I17) of incubation and day 1 (R1), 4 (R4), 7 (R7), 10 (RIO), 15 (R15), 20 (R20), and 25 (R25) of chick rearing (4 pigeons for each sex). Histological structure, levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1)and epidermal growth factor (EGF)were analyzed. The results showed as follows: in pigeons (regardless of sex), crop epithelial thickness was positively correlated with the levels of crop IGF-1 and EGF, and these three parameters were maximized at R1; the space of adjacent rete pegs of crop inner wall was minimized at R1 in both sexes. Compared with I2, eosinophilic cells at R1 was bigger, and displayed as polygon with ground-glass appearance. Crop epithelial thickness, the space of adjacent fete pegs of crop inner wall, levels of IGF-1 and EGF in female pigeons at R1, R10, I14 and I17 were significantly higher than those in male pigeons, respective- ly. Therefore, crop growth factors probably regulate the change of crop histological structure in adult pigeons during breeding cycle, and with sexual effects of parental pigeons.
