摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者患病期间的体验。方法运用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对9例乳腺癌术后发生淋巴水肿的患者进行深度开放式访谈,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果淋巴水肿严重影响患者的生活与心理状态,可归纳为3个主题:疾病的影响,不良情绪的影响,以及对恢复正常的渴望。结论医护人员应深入了解乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者的真实感受,有针对性地提供有效的治疗护理措施,促进患者更快康复,达到整体治疗与护理的目的。Objective To explore the true experiences of lymphedema for patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods Using the method of phenomenological in this qualitative study, nine patients with postoperative Iymphadenopathy were treated with depth open interview and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results Three themes were extracted： influence of the disease;impact of negative emotions and desire for a normal life.Conclusion Medical staff should have a thorough understanding of the true feeling of breast cancer patients with lymphedema after surgery,and in order to provide effective interventions to promote patients＇ recovery more quickly and achieve the goal of overall treatment and nursing.
