摘　　要：学术界针对现代城市规划理论发展的逻辑基础的探讨一直没有停止过,笔者希望通过一种新的"范式"视界来丰富它。在深入解读"范式"这一术语特征的同时,基于对大量文献的研究,认为"过程规划观"是一种新的范式,理由为:(1)基于"过程"的思维模式建构了新的"共同体框架";(2)城市规划中的理论建构在"过程共同体"的思想之上;(3)城市规划过程中的实效评价推动了城市规划理论的多维融合发展。这一范式的提出有助于理清理论发展的逻辑框架,希冀从中得到一些启示。The discussion on the logical basis for the development of modem urban planning theory keeps going on in academic study. The authors expect to enrich it through a new “ paradigm,,horizon. In this paper, uProcess Planning Concept^ is proved to be a new paradigm in further analysis on “paradigm” based on a large number of literature research. Thus, the proposal of this paradigm helps to clarify the logic framework of the de-velopment of urban planning theory. Some aspiring enlightenment may help the development of current domestic endogenous urban planning theory.
