阿尔兹海默病的发生与常见血管危险因素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔兹海默病(AD)的发生与常见血管危险因素的相关性。方法随机选取120例AD患者以及200例健康体检者分别作为试验组和对照组,收集并比较2组性别、年龄、文化程度、病史、血压、血脂、血糖、心电图、影像学资料等信息,利用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析以及多因素线性回归分析方法,探讨AD的发生、认知功能评分与常见血管危险因素的相关性。结果试验组患者的年龄相较于对照组偏大(P<0.05),患冠心病、糖尿病的比例相较于对照组偏高(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示AD的发生和年龄、冠心病、糖尿病相关;多因素线性回归分析显示认知功能评分与年龄、冠心病、糖尿病呈线性关系。结论常见血管危险因素可促进AD的发生和发展,严重影响患者的认知功能。Objective It is to study the correlation between the onset of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） and vascular risk factor（VRF）. Methods 120 patients with AD and 200 healthy people with examination in the same hospital were selected into experimental group and control group respectively. The clinic information of their sex,age,educational level,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar,electrocardiograph,image of CT or MRI scans were collected and compared. Simple analysis,multiple Logistic regression analysis and linear regression analysis were applied to study the correlations between AD and VRF and between MMSE score and VRF. Results The average age of the patients in experimental group was older than that in control group（P〈0. 05）,and there were more patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus in experimental group than those in control group（P〈0. 05）. Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicted that the onset of AD was related to age,coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. Linear regression indicated that MMSE scores were negatively correlated with age,coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. Conclusion VRF can contribute to the onset and progression of AD and affect patients＇ cognitive function.
