摘　　要：旅游管理专业应培养学生具备旅游技术技能、人际沟通技能和专业概念技能三个方面的职业能力。职业技能培养的途径主要有:职业技能定位——确定专业主修能力;课堂教学模式——开展转动课堂;实践教学模式——创新岗位实习;检验职业能力——参加专业技能竞赛;借鉴CBE模式——强化职业能力。Tourism management major should cultivate students＇ professional ability in the three aspects of tourism technology skills,interpersonal communication skills and professional concept skills. Vocational skills training are the main ways：orientation of vocational skills-to determine the major professional ability; classroom teaching mode to carry out turn the classroom; practice teaching mode innovation,job training; test the ability to participate in professional skills competition.
