丹红注射液联合盐酸法舒地尔注射液对缺血性脑梗死病人血液流变学及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液与盐酸法舒地尔注射液联合对缺血性脑梗死病人血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法抽取2015年1月—2016年2月河南省平顶山市第一人民医院76例缺血性脑梗死病人,根据入院先后顺序分组,各38例。对照组采用盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗,研究组采用盐酸法舒地尔注射液联合丹红注射液治疗,两组均持续治疗14 d。比较治疗前后两组日常生活能力与神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学相关指标水平、血脂相关指标[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平变化情况,并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组Barthel指数(BI)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组BI、NIHSS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血液流变学指标及血脂指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组血液流变学指标及血脂指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(10.52%)低于对照组(13.15%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗缺血性脑梗死,可有效改善血脂水平及血液流变学状态,提高病人神经功能及日常生活能力,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To study the effects of Danhong injection and fasudil hydrochloride injection on hemorheology and neurological function in patients with ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy six patients with ischemic cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to February 2016.According to the order of admission into groups,they were divided into two groups：control group （ n = 38） treated with fasudil hydrochloride injection,and study group （ n = 38） treated with fasudil hydrochlo-ride injection and Danhong injection for 14 days.The indexes of daily living and neurological deficits, hemorheological indexes （fibrino-gen, hematocrit, plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity） ,triglyceride（TG） ,otal choles-terol （TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in BI and NIHSS scores between two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05）.After treatment,the difference be-tween the study group and the control group was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） .There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05） .After treatment,the levels of fibrinogen,hematocrit,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shearviscosity,whole blood low （10.52%） and the control group （13.15% ） were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈 0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） No statistical significance （ P 〉 0 .0 5 ） .Conclusion The combination of Danhong injection and fasudil hydrochloride injection can significantly improve the level of blood lipid and hemorheology,and im-prove the neurological function and daily living ability.and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.And the safety is more
