摘　　要：中医之针刺的作用机理是激发、启动或再启动增强身体内在的自我修复程序以治疗疾病,这虽然可从人体本有的对损伤的自我修复过程和全息论之免疫交叉反应两个方面作出解释,但中医的针灸学却是从中国古代哲学和临床经验中产生的,其理论基础是天人合一及其精致化的理一分殊的哲学观念。前者与从现代科学的角度来重新认识业已存在的针灸临床实践相符合,后者则从世界观方法论的角度揭示古代针灸学何以成为中国古代针灸学这样一种具体形式的最深远之根源。Acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine functions at simulating,initiating/re-initiating and even strengthening the self-repair procedure in the body as well as treating diseases. Generally,the self-repair to the injury and the immune cross in holographic theory is adopted to the explanation. The mechanism of acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine is based on China ancient philosophy and clinical experiences,with the holism of the heaven and man,the universality and particularity involved. The former is consistent with acupuncture clinical experiences nowadays in view of the re-recognition of modern science. The later implies the profound origin of China ancient acupuncture in terms of world outlook and methodology.
