朱氏头皮针结合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究朱氏头皮针结合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的作用。方法:符合纳入标准的106例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成观察组与对照组,分别使用朱氏头皮针结合康复训练和单纯康复训练进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后FMA-UE评分、AROM、Barthel指数、EMG波幅和并发症的情况。结果:治疗后观察组的FMA-UE和AROM明显高于对照组,Barthel指数和EMG波幅明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗1个月后的并发症发生率分别为18.87%和32.07%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:朱氏头皮针与康复训练相结合可以显著改善偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍,提高临床疗效,减少并发症发生。Objective ：To study the effect of Zhu＇s scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on upper extremity function for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods ：106 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group; the observation group was treated with Zhu＇s scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, and the control group was treated with rehabilitation training alone. FMA - UE score, AROM, Barthel Index, EMG amplitude, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： After intervention, FMA- UE score, AROM, Barthel Index, and EMG amplitude in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The incidences of complications in the observation group was 18.87%, which was significantly lower than 32.07% of the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Zhu＇s scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve upper extremity dysfunction in hemiplegic patients, with increased effi- cacy and decreased complications.
