摘　　要：现代企业经济管理是提高企业管理效率,促进企业高速发展的重要手段。很多传统企业都意识到经济管理的重要性,开始引进先进的管理理念和管理模式,但是现代企业经济管理中还存在很多问题。文章立足于我国现代企业经济管理,简单分析了企业经济管理中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出相对的解决方案,为现代企业经济管理的发展提供一些参考。Modern enterprise economic management is an important means to improve the management efficiency of enterprises and promote the rapid development of enterprises. Many traditional enterprises are aware of the importance of economic management and start to introduce advanced management concepts and management models, but there are still many problems in modern enterprise economic management. The article based on the modern enterprise economic management in our country, simply analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise’s economic management, and puts forward relative solutions to solve these problems, and provides some references for the development of the modern enterprise economic management.
